Suicide Survivor

by Lyndsy   Jan 22, 2008

The story of a survivor
Is the hardest one to bear
You see the pain in their eyes
And speak to them with utmost care

But you'll never understand them
And why they can never just move on
Life is different for them now
Please don't expect them to EVER be strong

Fifty years from now
The hurt may still be there
And you'll have to just accept
It's a burden that they bear

You see, when someone takes their life
They think it will stop the pain
But the pain doesn't die with them
In their loved ones, it remains...
