A Poem to Girls of Wonder

by South C   Jan 22, 2008

There are times when I'm sick and times when I'm sad,
How much does it take for a girl to be glad?

You could give her the world and much, much more,
She can never get happy when you open that door

You can be the nicest guy no matter how you feel,
But when it comes down to a girl, you make that loving deal

Who cares what to think as long as you show her love?
Because if you give her all she needs, she'll fly like a dove

I can be the happiest and richest guy in the world,
And still be willing to take in the craziest girl

A wonder to wonder of girls who I see,
The girls who I talk to are, full human beings

Money and power are things that exist,
But when you show a girl love she can't help but resist

Girls look great but they have there times,
When you take them to the movies, you spend more than a dime

I can write all I want who cares what I think,
But most of those girls favorite color is pink

All the girls out there, I love you dear
But when I smell perfume, I can tell you are near

How much does it take for a girl of wonder,
We have black and white power, like Romantic Thunder
