Second Grade Suicide Part 1

by ItsYou ItsAlwaysBeenYou   Jan 27, 2008

This little boy about seven
just starting second grade
sees a girl in his class
her name is Emily Mae

now he's got a little crush
and he chases her around
during freetime at recess
all over the playground

as they get older they become
almost unseperable it seems
the best of friends until Emily
meets the boy of her dreams

the little boys name is Zach
and as jealous as he is
he cant tell her the truth
about how he really feels

he cares too much about her
and he doesnt wanna loose
the girl of his dreams
so he decides to choose

to move on instead
and find some other girl
so they will still just be friends
and it wont crush his world

he asks out Mandy Lynn
she says yes right away
but when he talks about her
Emily just walks the other way

she talks about Jake all the time
even though it breaks his heart
he listens, but she doesnt do the same
after awhile they grew apart

they arent close like they were
but he still loves her so much
he starts to fail all his classes
he feels like hes loosing touch

so he does the only thing
he feels like he can do
he writes a suicide note
telling her his feelings are true

but before he can jump
he hears somebody at the door
he doesnt want to be stopped
so he steps to the floor

to go see who it is
and much to his surprise
it is Emily at his door
with tears filling her eyes
