I never thought

As i walk into class,
you'd be sitting there waiting for the next word to come out of my mouth,
you always watched me as i did my work,
you never thought id want to be with you,
what did it take for you to realize it?
your always there when i first come into the school,
when i leave you'd follow just to know where i was going,
i couldn't help to think,
you were amazing, i couldn't see what everyone else did,
we talked on the phone for hours at a time,
we spent our days together,
no matter who was with us,
i told you everything,
i guess now i wonder how it felt to watch me with him,
Couldn't you have said something before?
i didn't know,
But boy i can tell you this,
you were my first love,
