As I begin to daydream,
Thoughts of you flow in like a stream.
Reminding me of how much I miss your touch,
And how easily you can make me blush.

Your kiss slowly traces my lips,
In such gentleness that brings tears to my eyes.
Wishing you were here,
So I wouldn't have to fantasize.

I can feel the warmth of your arms holding me,
With a protection and love that makes me feel glee.
If only I could see you at this moment,
I would cling to on to you and never let go.

Your smile then overcomes my mind,
With such beauty that I miss before my eyes.
The face that I would love to caress,
Is too far from my loving hands.

Even though your currently distant within my reach,
The love we have makes me smile.
For I know for a fact,
I love you with all of my heart.

The love in my heart will never cease,
Because I know I've found the one.
You are the one,
Who has shown me what true love is.

To love someone has never felt so incredible,
For we both know it will be forever.
And that there will never be another good-bye,
To need an alibi to cease tears.

I believe that everything happens for a reason,
Which can be full of happiness or heartache.
It all leads to something better in the long run,
Whether you realize it at the moment or not.

Even though we have both had our hearts broken,
It has led us to something that's meant to be.
