The Language of Your Fingers

by Gale   Feb 2, 2008

Standing in the open air
Leaning against my car
The cold wind brushes past
You shiver as I place my jacket around you
I slowly wrap my arms around you
The subtle movements of your fingers
Wrapping around mine show me
There is something to hang on to
You're telling me not to let go
Not out of your lips
But rather your hands
I hold you tight
Then I turn you
Place my hands on either side of your face
And kiss you.
