Lack of Systems.

by Phantasmagoria   Feb 3, 2008

The blessed mother nature has been
holding us in long dead limbs.
She lets the leaves flow from her wrists,
shedding skin like newborns' blood.
They reach to nothing a moment, then plummet
to a greater power
gravity
does not exist, can't bring you down
any more knowledge is not prohibited,
only classified as, alienation in a new world.
The nervous system has crashed,
please hold and
excuse the rabbit devouring hunter as
She has turned away from our world.
We have slaughtered her children
and used the corpses to hide behind
our flesh.
How will we reclaim the universe she swallowed
to save creation,
to wait and watch and oscillate --
cradling the shores;
waiting for us to let go, watching us fall
from the system we've destroyed.
