Monster in My head

by ReapersPuppy   Feb 6, 2008

These bridges on the hills,
They are so long and weak,
I will walk across them,
Until I reach my peak,

For the monster in the dungeon,
Is waiting for my soul,
It will cut me weak,
and then swallow me hole,

I call this monster family,
It will raise me high,
But it will use its claws,
To drop me from the sky,

And when I lay so limbless,
The monster will use its feet,
To stomp my body lifeless,
Until I cannot speak,

My eyes they will be open,
As wide as they can be,
But I will be so very blind,
And scared of what I see,

The monster will soon mock me,
As it walks out that fiery door,
It will spit upon me as I lay upon the floor,
It will yell my name as its coming back for more,

I will call out to God hoping its not to late,
But the time will pass determining my fate,
In My head Is where I run and try to find escape,
The monsters right behind me in my mental state,

You will hear my screams they will fill your ears,
Everything you hate and everything you fear,
Slowly my heart will stop and that will be my end,
This monster I call family, was my enemy and friend..
