For never more.. goodbye five year friendship..

by Cinderella   Feb 6, 2008

We called ourselves BFF's,
Best friends forever, and ever.
At least that's what I though.

You were always better that me,
Prettier, smarter, funnier.
We never took the time to see,
That our five-year friendship was crumbling right before our own feet.

We couldn't even do anything.
We just sat and watched.
It hurt, so bad.
And all I did was cry.

By the time I had the nerve to fight.
You were gone, away, forever.
With a flip of the hair, the last piece fell.

Taking hours to hit the floor,
When it did it shattered loud and painfully.

Now there you go, you pass me in the hall.
No recognition of what we once were.
Pictures are my only proof of our five-year friendship.
