I have been diagnosed with Dysthymia for approx 2 years or so (it's a less severe but more chronic type of depression).

I use poetry and writing as therapy to relieve pain and stress built up by this condition.

The poetry I wirte is not very literary in the sense of the great, clever poems written by people in the wider world of literature but rather a raw expression or feelings of emotion.
