i came out of a horrible relationship a while ago. i actually ended up in the hospital cuz i had so much stress...where did this stress come from? i was too scared to break up wit him cuz in my heart i knew he would hurt me or my family. since i didnt want to hear from him anymore i just never talked to him again. i still dont know if i did right or wrong by doing this?
