About Mr.ThAnkyOu

I live in a qaint, very small town, on a back road, deep in the heart of Washingtion, United States of America. I paint landscapes for a living and stay up all night long, usually, but don't use my free, ancient, 1980's computer all that much as it's so very slow. I sleep through the day, mostly, and love to do many things most other people don't seem to enjoy, like exercizing, listening rather than speaking, shopping, cooking, sewing, listening to classical music, new age music and almost any other kind. I've always felt more comfortable around other women and hang mostly with them, though, I haven't done that much, since college. I like running in the mountains, lifting light weights and dreaming my life away in paint, poetry and quality literature. I write short stories everyday but have never had a national magazine pick one up. I have also started about a dozen books but have never written more than a hundred and twenty pages on any of them, running out of ideas. I play several musical instruments and I am originally from Arizona with a white, German father and an Apache mother, from whom I claim my lineage. I left home when I was fifteen and all my family is dead now. I see myself as a Native American living displaced among white people. I have been taught to forgive all things done to the Indians, though, sometimes it is a hard thing to do when I read through the honest histories. I live alone and find pleasure doing portraits of people, studying the character in other's faces, but, don't do them much these days as I have little time or inclination to meet others, especially in person. I enjoy reading a great deal and often go through many books per week, since I have few male or female friends and personal distractions. I camp in remote areas, mountain climb, ride my pinto horse, hunt and fish for my food when I run out of money which is usually in the winter months and I'm reclusive and private in the extreme. I am religious in Native American but try to be spiritually open minded in most things and know about the white man's beliefs, having been forced to go to the Catholic house as a child. I often find myself being quite lonely but deal with it in creative ways as in painting and writing. Exercise, I find, always helps there, too. Well. Top it off goodnight~
