Sometimes the stories lie and love is the worst pain you'll ever feel

Wrapped up in so many lies, how are you to know the truth when you're slapped in the face with it if you've never seen it before?

Sometimes when I say that I'm ok I just want someone to actually see me enough to look in my eyes and tell me "I know you're not"

A mask to wear to hide behind, never show a chink, smile nicely to hide the anger, laugh cheerfully to hide the pain.

Life is nothing but an act and I but a player in the game.

more than I can possibly say.

The woods want me to tarry,
deep, dark and lovely,
but I have a path that I must take
and promises yet to be fulfilled
and many more miles I must make.

It hurts to wake up in the mornings
to an empty bed instead of you,
it makes me want to cry
but I always fight back the tears
because I know they won't help you at all.

There's always going to be another battle, always going to be another hit, hold your head high and stand your ground, when you're ready to give up keep pushing on.

Love? Yeah it's kinda a complicated mess most days but I'll tell you this. The moment when you're willing to give up your own happiness for the happiness of someone else...that's love right there
