Just be there for me... that's all I'll ever ask from you.. I'm tired of being left in the dust even though they "love" me

You know love is real when you get over the worst of the pain of not being together, but still holding onto that one person because no matter how hard it is to hold on, it's harder to let go.

In many ways I don't need you, but in many more I do. In every way I want you, and every moment I miss you. Every second I think of you and everyday for the rest of my life I'll love you.

I love life so much...
I love friends too...
They talk to you about everything cheer you up..
Then they get a boyfriend...
And hardly speak to you at all..
Of course when the boy is gone...
They turn to you again..
I love you all so much </3

Forget you..
You say you're my friend..
Friends are there for each other..
It seems all that I am is there for you..
There is no shoulder from you.

Let's pretend for a moment I really am what everyone thinks I am...
Strong, beautiful, smart, a good person.

How can I be all that when I want to breakdown in front of everyone and show them how truly weak, ugly, and stupid I am?

Does it really matter what happens? (yes)
I'll live. (unwillingly)
I'll laugh (sadly)
and I'll smile (fakely)
See? I'll be fine. (I'll shatter)

And we'll never get the chance to really be together will we?

I want to say goodbye..
But everytime I try...
I can't...

I look around me and I see couples break up and get together, I see relationships fail and hearts break. Then I think about us, and while our love is a sad one, at least it's true. At least it'll last.
