  • Misery (4)

    I am Misery,
    And Misery is my name...

  • All-powerful, mighty creator,
To man's limited flesh now bound...

  • May you be, as the David of old,
    Strong of heart and soul...

  • My heart quakes with a strong knowing,
    The air around in quickening...

  • I'm sorry my friend, I can take this no longer,
I wish I could stay, I wish I could be stronger...

  • I am like fire, warm and bright,
I give to those near, my warmth and light...

  • I viewed with cool, bored apathy,
As two men began to speak...

  • If the stars fall down and when life is cold,
If the seas run dry and you're growing old...

  • Why? (1)

Why oh why do you continue to wander?
    Blind and empty of truth...

  • O God, my God! I cry out to You!
Save me from the evil things I do...

  • Tears in silence, hopeless tears,
    As grief engulfs my being...

  • For a moment may your heart melt with fear,
    For He comes...
