Through out my life I have always been withdrawn and very sad. I found out a few years back that I am Bi-Polar and a manic depressive. It is hard for me to express anything but let my feelings. But, poetry and writing has been an outlet for and I have been on sites like this before and my poems have been stolen so I'm hoping that this will be different. Anyway I hope people enjoy my poems and try to understand them.
