I hate this world and all its vile deeds
Of endless wars, causing famine and disease...

I don't think we realise
Just how cruel this world can be...

I hate this facade I'm forced to wear

I have to say that the words catch and they sway
They bend and they move, most often a skewed...

Heads are down

Why should we give a damn about each day
There already numbered anyway...

The picturesque family has been destroyed
All the weapons fired, they've all been deployed...

One must remain hopeful
