My sister actually got this thing for her tv.. I'll have to ask her what it's called, but it's kind of like DDR except it's a gym version. You have a matt to put on the floor and you watch the tv and move around with it and whatnot. It's not hard work, very easy actually, and totally flattens up your stomach.

So, I would suggest going for that. I'll try to get the name of it. Oh, and just take random walks and things like that... burn some calories!
