a law about baggy pants?!

lol!! i heard about this too!! lol!! i am from va (unfortunately, for numerous reasons) and i was watching the news (for the first time in ever) and i heard this!! i was laughing my ass off!!! aint no freaking teenager gonna pay $50 dollars or whatever the amount they said for weraing some baggy pants!! the laws these days are so freaking dumb, its not even funny!! :)

so... doesnt that take away your god given free will??? dude....NOT cool... i hope pa doesnt follow it.... i wonder if anyone would enforce that law....
