Yes. Danny has left indeed. I was just talking with him before he deleted his account. he said he lost interest in the website. which is not a surprise. it seems all the good members are leaving or left. Sintra of course being one of them. sad.

^There are still plenty of good members on here other than just the ones you know, people are joining every day, people leave, people come back, this site has much to offer and is still one of the best poetry sites on the web despite the lack security which was aptly demonstrated and the lack of interest shown by Janis

P.s. I don't know Sintra personally. we never even shared a pm. but she's someone I always respected from just reading her posts on the main forums. that being said, I never said that all the good members I ''know'' are leaving. I never knew William Mae either. and there was an ''it seems'' before the whole sentence.

I'm not sure I can speak on behalf of anyone Britt. I may interpret what they said wrongly and that's why i did not mention except that part about losing interest, but then If you guys as mods are interested and if the website does store personal info like emails then perhaps you can email members who have left asking why and if there is anything in particular that caused such. no idea.

As for Sintra, yes she's still around. Danny left again? Well, that was a quick visit. It's too bad members up and leave so easily, but c'est la vie. As long as a few good ones stick around, I've got nothing to complain about.

I was responding to the theme of this thread that, well yes, you did contribute although in a negative way, insinuating that the best members were currently leaving or had already left. What I was saying yet you failed to grasp is that this site is full of great members and poets a lot of which don't contribute on the boards or are in clubs but still actively involved through their poetry. I know I communicate with a number of them. So no its not just about the people you know or know of that are leaving and yes i'm sorry to see Danny leave though I never knew him

the fact that I said ''it seems'' implies that it's my personal point of view (the way I see it?) everyone is entitled to one. it's not a fact. I did not say ''all good members are leaving''. I said ''it seems'' they are. which is merely how I felt. I'm just a bit upset over those members leaving. that's everything. and yes, I could've phrased it better. I'm well aware there are other good members out there.

Nicko, if that was indeed your goal then you'd be more concerned about why people are leaving and if there is any reason to it than really caring about how negative I am or thinking it's normal that people who have been on there for a long time are leaving and it's no big deal since there are still good people around (that don't post on forums and are not in clubs and hence are anonymous to me?).

I think we all want what's best for PnQ and seeing as how none of us think total destruction is "what's best," we're all probably safe with our strategies even if we disagree on specifics. Yes, no?

At least knowing there are solely good intentions should have some positivity. I only see a cause for cruelness if there's conflict between good and evil, but since both sides are good... shouldn't there just be sans-cruelness?

Ah, ok, thanks. I remember him a lot from recently. Sometimes I get confused between 1 year and 5 years and all that since I've been on PnQ for quite some time now... and I'm generally bad with time.

Hey all, I didn't read all posts in here, but wasn't MC a second account by a well known member on here?

I will pm this person whom I believe to be MC and ask him to reveal his identity, it is not nice to have all people upset over nothing.
