Well, the testosterone levels are way down and Joe is great at handling everyone PMSing, other than that there is not much difference. Everyone of the mods are great and I am proud to be a part of their team. Bubblies? Where? I want some bubblies!

I do not think that there would be much of an uproar. I think me and Ann are looked at as the silent mods and I kinda like being looked at that way.

If there was an uproar I have no idea who would have the biggest fit.

I think the club would welcome Ann and her purrfect pussy; however, I do not think that Ann would follow at this time. You would have to ask her that yourself.

I'm not sure Sher or Ann would like it in our club. We're pretty dang vulgar, haha... and stuff.

Wait I think I have a question. How, when you mods need to pick another mod, decide to pick one? If it can't be answered I won't be mad or disappointed. :]

My silver shoes have been retired to my chifforobe at my parents' house and haven't seen the light of day in about a year. They got pretty grimy, covered in sap. Think I'll stick to my high top converse.

Jad, the answer to your question is over muuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuch deliberation. We do have a list of qualities and what not that we look for but I'm afraid writing them here would encourage members to try to fulfill those qualities just so they can have a shot at being a mod. A lot of people want to be mods because they think it's somehow a step up from being a member... but really, it's sort of like being a janitor.

I will say... activeness on both the boards and in poetry. Age is a factor too but there's no specific age set in stone.
Without those things, a member won't become a mod. Nope.

I understand. I could see were a list would encourage a ton of people to do all those requirements. lol At least you would have some activity! XD Thanks for answering.

Let me think. How do mods know when or when not to lock threads?

EDIT: Besides getting to a hundred post that is. :P

We've been trying hard not to lock any threads but when things get out of hand to the point where we think members feel they can walk all over the rules of PnQ without getting reprimanded, a thread might be locked. Usually we talk about it in the mod forums and say something like, "Ok, one more post like that and the thread is locked," then we individually agree or disagree (explaining our reasonings) and go from there.
We work to prevent each other from taking personal stances on how threads or members should be treated. It's all about fairness and rationality and keeping one another in check (no hard feelings).
Making a mistake or using poor judgment has its price, so we're increasingly careful with each trial.

Well, that was a much better answer then I expected! :] The seriousness of this thread might come back though it isn't all serious. :]

Well we have a big list titled "Stinkers." Each person on the list gets a point against them every time they talk. Once they hit ten points, we throw things at them.

No, really, I don't think there is a way. I don't think anyone could be 100% trouble maker all the time. Even crap-stirrers contribute positively (when they're not crap-stirring). So! Even though I think your question was mostly joking... there isn't any organization, besides a list of spammers. Everything else is dealt with as the particular situation arises.

I've got a who's sexy list but that's about it. Everyone makes the cut.
