Well I want to make sure of everything right here, so we avoid trouble, so please if you are going to break the following rules, don't spoil the thread I am making and do not post in the 1st place,

this is only for those who can hold their nerves
so

1) if what I will state will be broken I would like the Mods immediately to delete this thread without asking me,
am saying this so no body moans about wasting their time raising their voices just so the thread gets deleted.

Okay here is a place for each person to have only one post (per person) and state what do they really want, no asking questions nor complaining
just a simple with post with a request

MODERATORS please answer by yes (why) no (why) to the requests here..as soon as you have time.

e.g: I want to see a thread that bla bla

I want to get back as a mod.

I want to have this person as a mod

I want an apology from this person for

WATEVER your request is, please post it here,
but you are not allowed to post, before a mod replies the request that has been posted previously.

AIM: this is to know what everybody really wants, we are all sick of all the complaints and fights, so maybe if everybody says what they HONESTLY want, with no sarcasm (please!!) nor biting or jumping at anyone..it will satisfy everyone, and they will get an answer from the Mods, whether it will happen or not,
but before you post, you can only have one post, so if you did not like the answer of the mod, you can send them a pm, you can't post over here.

I hope you all respect my wishes,
so feel free to have a single post along with your requests

My requests :

1)I want to see Joe back to the team

2)I would like to see a new rule that assures warning 2 members about fighting in the main boards, so they take it through PMS (if there's such a thing, then obviously no one's following it)

3)can the mods take the members opinions from now on about who should be demoted or not ?

4) I believe that Melpomene could do great as a mod, and I believe you do need a new one, since you lost two, so I am suggesting her.

1. I want Amanda and everyone else to stop blaming me for majority votes when I represent only ONE vote.

2. I want to let sleeping dogs lie.

3. I want people to stop looking for drama and let the active mods do their jobs and let everyone focus more on poetry and less on the bad attitudes of a small group.

4. I want people to stop changing their minds as they see fit only to condemn me. If I take one side, they take the other. If I take their side, they switch again. It's exhausting.

5. I would like members to stop bringing up what the admin did years ago because it's no longer relevant.

6. I would like to remind everyone that Joe is in my club, while AJ and Anna are not. This accusation of club bias is unfounded.

I want to have anyone who is willing to volunteer embrace their cross like a throne . Mods and members should work together as a team. A head should decide whether a body part is decaying and has no chance of healing before it is rejected by the rest of the body. If a limb is paralyzed by any affliction it seldom serves a purpose to remove it before the body has had a chance to adjust

When Joe gave me the opportunity to grade the performace of the mods I gave them all an A for American with the hope they would not be an "Animal Farm" not to offend communist.

I request to have this debacle no longer discussed, what's done is done. Some crossed boundaries that they should have not, including myself, and for that, I am truly sorry. May the site continue to run how it was in the past and present with members and mods alike working as a team.

That is what I request and I hope to see it implemented and taken seriously. Honestly, if the current moderators and members of the site don't want me back, so be it. Life will go on, it's not the end of the world - no matter how much I disagree or concur.

2. I would like to see more involvement in site-wide contests.

3. I would like everyone to take a moment before they post angry words to other people. I'd like for them to imagine the person on the other side of the line. Think about what they're wearing. Realize that they're sitting at a computer for a moment, before they go walk the dog or take a shower or take their kids to school. Realize that they are a real person too, and exist as much as you. If you can do that and still feel like being argumentative, fine. But go through the process first.

4. I would like everyone to comment on all of my poems. All. Today.

5. I would like ice cream.

Actually we are not required to give any warnings, but we do so out of respect; however, the moderators that we have now have voted and are trying to be more patient to give everyone room without fearing being reprimanded.

We do try to take members views into considerations; however, we also have to look at who would be a good fit.

2. I feel Joe should go back on the squad as he never broke any rules. Only a silly activation rule that seemed to be made up by Jane. It was never a pre-req of becoming a moderator. And Joe has done so much coding for this site it's outrageous. If any of you actually saw the work he's done. You wouldn't be in question about how he is as a moderator.

Amanda, this silly rule was actually brought up by another mod, not Jane. As far as Joe goes, I don't know, I can not say because I do not know the future.

Do not know these new rules/standards... believe it or not. There were no actual rules or standards made and there was no vote. Someone made a complaint and many jumped on the band wagon.

The admins may not be here, but technically they are still the ones in charge and some members still cling to that and some of us always will.

I don't think Ann has any plans of coming back. From what I understand, she was ready to be done a good while ago. The only reason she stayed as long as she did was because she was the only one who had access to things like activations and searching for IP's. (Actually, Sher might have had that already too, I'm not sure)

I will take what I can get since everyone usually tends to ignore me anyway as much as the site rules. I was wondering if the other members are as confused as I am about whether suggestions by members are something the new regime encourages or discourages

I have seen monkey shit fights more organized than these discussions, but we are doing the best we can are we not?

Suggestions are always encouraged; however, do not expect us to go solely with the suggestions. Sometimes we go against the majority and the suggestions for different reasons.

Thank you Jane and Sherry Lynn Reasons are like seasons they come and go. Sorry about my obsession with rhymes or reasons in the members message forum but when I tried to post in the suggestion forum the mod that responded assumed I was stirring the pot to indulge my passion for discussion, which is only surpassed by my passion for Jane's warm heart .

The point is , you are saying things aren't the way they should be, and sort of complaining about an issue, but you give no evidence or examples.

Until you do, no one really knows what you are speaking about exactly.

I am sure that sunshine will forgive me for breaking a rule she suggested to assure this did not turn into another pig wrestling contest. The history of this site is that you can't teach a sleeping dog new tricks. I am sure some people would be happier if I had the nature of Emily Litella and her never mind attitude. Amanda was right when she said the club was functional under the behind closed door policies of the past. I have been known the consume the hair of the dogs that have bit my friends though it is hard to tell friends from foes in the free for all that many fear

I would not like, but love to see Jane demoted from the mod position she holds, not only did she violate the number one rule that applied to all mods....(what;s said in the mod room is supposed to stay in the mod room), but also because she's not impartial enough, nor honest enough....
