Every day, people are checking you out. You don't know about it, cause most folks are subtle and well practiced at checking people out when they don't know.

I promise you, even if you aren't very toned, or tall or striking or sexy, people are checking you out every day. I know this because I am constantly checking out women who aren't any special kind of shape.

Women who are not skinny, or don't have perfect skin or hair...everyone has something sexy about them. It might be their hands, the skin on their shoulder or just the way they drink their coffee.

Trust me, you are alot hotter than you think you are.

What brought this on. It definitely makes a person smile. Especially someone with lower self esteem. Being a big girl myself believe it or not I am SOO self conscious. If people are looking at me I think it's because I'm overweight and never because they think I may look 'good'. This world including myself needs to see beauty for what it is.

With that being said I soo check out my husband all the time :D

I don't think it's very common for strangers to be so open and confident they blatantly show you they think you are good looking. Perhaps it's just us freezing cold Scottish people who steal appreciative glances and hold eye contact for a few seconds before shifting away..but I suspect it's a global thing.

On my walk home today from work, I must have clocked about 40 good looking women of all shapes and sizes who walked past me. I smiled at a few of them in a sort of "hey nice day" kinda thing but only one smiled back, and even then she seemed really shy.

In any case, I think if by some magic or CCTV situtation you could watch a video, at the end of any random day that showed you every person who was having a good old perv at you, you'd be pleasantly surprised.
