Can the manager powers be given to an assistant? How?

As far as I know, the way it is currently set up you can not pass the manager powers on to an assistant.

That's very true! i couldn't pass on my powers but i made enough assistants in my other club that the club will not be down! :) oh and the difference between manager and assistants is very little while the assitants can only add people the manager can add AND take away from the club that's pretty much it oh and make assistants of course
