Last animal that attacked you....

Hi, a bit random this

but what was the last animal that attacked you and how/why did it happen.

Now I have been racking my brain
(how do you rack a brain? maybe an idea for another thread...)

I must be the real life Doctor Dolittle because I can't recall ever being attacked by an animal, I don't even get bitten by gnats.

However I have witnessed my friend being bitten by a dog, My wife attacked by an ostrich, an orangutan and a goat in the same day. My sister was chased by a peacock, I still laugh about that now. Another friend had excrement tossed at him by chimps.

So far I am unscathed

(watch me getting eaten by a rhino tomorrow)

A Brown recluse spider bit my left leg last fall, I spent 5 days in the hospital....

I hope the food was nice.

I used to keep a tarantula as a pet, it scared the hell out of my mate once when it got out of it's tank.

Living in Britain I am fortunate, as is everyone else who lives here. Our climate is crap for deadly spiders or snakes.

And my, Darren! I am all for unique pets, but I don't think I would live even near anyone with a tarantula. In case it got loose of course and decided to come find me 0_o

Last animal? Probably my dog. He's not vicious or anything but protective. I was trying to stop him from eating my new pack of gum that I stupidly had in my purse, which was on the ground. He just nipped at me though, no harm.

I live where the wildlife doesn't get much more dangerous than bagders or low-flying pigeons so I think I've gotten away pretty Scott free when it comes to animal attacks! Just the odd narky dog (although I've never been bitten) or wasp

A fellow in a hotel had a pet raccoon at the hot tub. There were 8 or 9 of us there. It ignored most people but bit off a mole from my arm.

A mosquito.

Thank you Colm and MA, it was very scary, I was a lucky gal...most bites of this nature require surgery.... I had an excellent surgon who was able to save my leg....

The most recent would have to be my brothers goose, gooey. Man that thing leaves bruises all over anyone who walks past. He's better than a guard dog. To get into the yard I literally have to run and dodge him.

When I was a 5 my nana's dog was asleep under a table, I went to go pat it while it was napping and it bit me. I locked myself in their bathroom and as the lock was stubborn I could not get the lock undone. They had to hack at the door with an axe to get me out. Dramatic experience. My brothers dog bit me on the face once too. Still a massive dog lover though.

A skunk! Well it attacked my dog by spraying him, but close enough lol
