You know that feeling where you're just stunned, or you're shaken with emotions so powerful that you finally feel heard, and understood, and it's kind of scary in an overwhelming way? Well, it's 2 AM here and I'm nowhere near being able to fall asleep as I cannot get some of these poems out of my mind.

Please share your favorites or ones you've recently found, and we can be moved together.

    My two all-time favorites:
Jared Singer - "Just Take a Shower"

Also, Andrea Gibson. Always. And. Forever. Especially "Living Proof" or "Truce".

    Ones about depression:
Sabrina Benaim - "Explaining My Depression to My Mother" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aqu4ezLQEUA
who then inspired RJ Walker's version https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7KLQ49maQdw
and also Dan Roman's "Living With Depression" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CVh3J3Hz86k
