I was just wonering, and i am not trying to be a downer or anything because i am really glad that you guys take the extra step to help people, but are you guys trained in dealing with issues of this matter? I mean they are very sensitive issues and the wrong thing can be very devastating. Sorry, i am sounding like a nit picker, but i was just wondering.

No its quite alright.

We're not trained to deal with these things proffesionaly, but through our own experiences we are offering help. The forum is not just for people to ask us questions and ask for help from us, but be able to help eachother, how they overcame certain problems

ive looked at all of these "post ur problems" forums and no ever posts there problems.....i think that the people who want help are jstu gonna post a forum for there own..... but if u dont i really hope u come here and get some help!!!

Our forum is a place where ppl are able to let out their problems, and possibly find a solution. It is for anyone, not just specific people.

We've had this thread for quite a while, as you can see from the date of the first post on it. We used to have a different thread but Bob Shank commented on it and closed it, and advised Oli to repost it again, aslong as people kept to the topic. So we've just kept this thread ever since.

If any mods want to delete it though they can.

Sorry but that is one of the worst site constuctions and designs I have ever seen. Confusing, fragmented and frustrating. I suggest you look at big-boards.com, an index of user forums and get some ideas.

No public web site should require membership just to read the content. That's an invitation for visitors to turn and run. Sorry to be so harsh but it's my honest opinion.

We dont gain anything by the membership, it's because many of our members feel more secure posting in privacy, and a lot were worried that their posts could be read by their friends. So we try and keep it as secure as possible.

It's okay though, you're entitled to your own opinion.

i only joined yesterday bt it seems such a friendly and helpful site xxxx
