Inspiration

Okay i have two requests
The first is that can people just post random ideas or subjects for poems, stupid or serious it doesn't matter as i just want some ideas for poems that aren't depressing lol. I'll make an attempt to write a poem on any non-sexual subject that i know enough about

Second what sort of things inspire you? When are you most able to write, and when is your poetry at it's best?

For me, i probably write my best stuff when i'm depressed though i have written a few good things when in love, mostly destroyed now. Any talent i possess is only accessed through strong feelings though, but during those times anything can make me write a poem.

recently seeing disabled childre suffering from a life threatening illness that the little angels cant control is what inspires me. to write about them, to help them. to make people realize.

ideas, on a more serious note,
running free through the wilderness, hearing the call of the wild all around you, to hear nature sing...oooh, that was a good one. My inspiration comes from nature and free thought. just sit down and let your mind wonder. I do it all the time!
