I agree that is horrible but I also think that the title sounds like a scam did you actually think someone would read 30 of your poems just because you read and comment on twenty of theirs? anyway im really sorry about what happened but I think.. that the msg that you got in the first place was fake to begin with.

    you know what Pat....

take your sissy shit out of this site...

I am SICK of fucking people like you complaining about people like me...I did nothing wrong, and YOU have no right whatsoever exploiting me for a crook, liar or ANYTHING...you are just pissed because your thoughtless comments did not impress me...

like I have said before, and will say again and again until you get it,your comments do not even prove you read my poems...

    AND....

for everyone else who agrees, go take a look at his comments v.s. the others I get...see the difference between Pat's three word "critiques" and the others I get? I could care less if you do not like my poems, that is not why I am complaining Pat, I am complaing because it is YOU who is the liar...

you told me I would get 30 CRITIQUEs in return for 20 to your poems...

    "good poem."

I do NOT know much about much, but with the small mind I have,I can surely tell that, THAT....is nowhere near a fucking critique.

so everyone and especially YOU Pat, shut your sissy shit up and quite making Me out to be the bad guy here.

ha.....Pat you are such a little bitch.....I was hardly rude in my email to you, which you posted thinking it would help you....but in turn, it made you seem a lame little kid....for your age, you sure are immature.

Pat, I think he has you there. Next time, make useful comments and don't expect so many poems to be rated/commented. Normal people don't have time to sit at the Library for days doing this stuff. Unless there was some legal agreement saying he HAD TO read, rate and comment on 20 of your poems, you have to ground to stand on. Steve, it would be cool for you to r/r/c at least 5 of Pat's. Just stop fighting about it. It's poetry - not stock shares.

how immiture and just plain mean. and comments are critiques, your not supposed to agree with most of them! i feel really bad for you, that just sucks! thanx for the heads up too!

Steve, seriously, you need to chill. and also, you AGREED to read 20 of his after he read 30 of yours. i think it is out of the question that you not read them. justice is on Pats side. i am serious about my poetry and i take other peoples poetry seriously. be true to your word, Steve, otherwise your a lier, no matter the surcumstances.

feline, I'm not sure if we understand the agreement completely. I would like it if both parties could calm down though, or otherwise the language will have to be edited out.

from what I understand, the actual agreement was 30 critiques for steve in exchange for 20 critiques in return. Steve did not recieve 30 critiques, just 30 comments, and therefore did not feel that he had to return the favor. As it were, i would say that Steve has every right to be upset that this topic exists, but I don't feel that he should have responded in the manner he did.

Steve, if you're still looking at this topic, I would suggest that in the future, you rise to the level of maturity that you claim the other party lacks and try to settle your differences calmly. After both parties get to say a few (hopefully concillatory) words, I'm locking this thread.

I know how you must feel Pat at reading 30 poems and having none in return, but you didn't really giving comments that were worth anything. You may aswell not have read them, maybe you didn't? I get the impression you just want the award?

See, the way i see it, though, is that Pat took the time to read all of those 30 poems. Steve could at least have read his 20. it's only fair. Or at least he could have read some of them. it would have been equal then. Plus, Steve didn't have to qritique them if he felt Pat didn't, he could have just commented.

An agreement is an agreement, and there is still no actual proof that Pat read Steve's poems. I could go to steve's poems right now and comment with a "good work" on all of them, and not have read a single word of his poems (except for maybe the title). An honest and thorough critique would show that the reader was at least reading the poem.

wow.. confusion! Anyways.. Well I kind of feel bad for Pat... But 30 poems is alot. I mean If he did post atlest 15 real critiques you cannot be that mad @ him he mite have gotten tired? But he still could have held up his end of the bargain. But Steve I dont think you should get upset. I mean there is no reason to argue over this. You two are bickering like children. But Steve you also do have a great point don't get me wrong. There is no way that "good work" is a critique. Anyways I said my (2 cents) lol. I just wish everyone would stop figthing. Later.
