I agree that is horrible but I also think that the title sounds like a scam did you actually think someone would read 30 of your poems just because you read and comment on twenty of theirs? anyway im really sorry about what happened but I think.. that the msg that you got in the first place was fake to begin with. |

Pat, I think he has you there. Next time, make useful comments and don't expect so many poems to be rated/commented. Normal people don't have time to sit at the Library for days doing this stuff. Unless there was some legal agreement saying he HAD TO read, rate and comment on 20 of your poems, you have to ground to stand on. Steve, it would be cool for you to r/r/c at least 5 of Pat's. Just stop fighting about it. It's poetry - not stock shares. |

Steve, seriously, you need to chill. and also, you AGREED to read 20 of his after he read 30 of yours. i think it is out of the question that you not read them. justice is on Pats side. i am serious about my poetry and i take other peoples poetry seriously. be true to your word, Steve, otherwise your a lier, no matter the surcumstances. |

feline, I'm not sure if we understand the agreement completely. I would like it if both parties could calm down though, or otherwise the language will have to be edited out. |

I know how you must feel Pat at reading 30 poems and having none in return, but you didn't really giving comments that were worth anything. You may aswell not have read them, maybe you didn't? I get the impression you just want the award? |

See, the way i see it, though, is that Pat took the time to read all of those 30 poems. Steve could at least have read his 20. it's only fair. Or at least he could have read some of them. it would have been equal then. Plus, Steve didn't have to qritique them if he felt Pat didn't, he could have just commented. |

An agreement is an agreement, and there is still no actual proof that Pat read Steve's poems. I could go to steve's poems right now and comment with a "good work" on all of them, and not have read a single word of his poems (except for maybe the title). An honest and thorough critique would show that the reader was at least reading the poem. |

wow.. confusion! Anyways.. Well I kind of feel bad for Pat... But 30 poems is alot. I mean If he did post atlest 15 real critiques you cannot be that mad @ him he mite have gotten tired? But he still could have held up his end of the bargain. But Steve I dont think you should get upset. I mean there is no reason to argue over this. You two are bickering like children. But Steve you also do have a great point don't get me wrong. There is no way that "good work" is a critique. Anyways I said my (2 cents) lol. I just wish everyone would stop figthing. Later. |
