What Should Be Done to Pedophiles????

It seems like more and more there are sick perverts out there who are taking our children and raping, sodomizing and murdering them, and yet they dont seem to get a very big sentence, or they are released on bond and able to go back out and commit the offense again. So this discussion is: what do you think should be done to these sicko's to prevent them from being able to repeat the offense?

I say castration.

I say life. Murdering/raping a child is unforgivable. They also get beaten up when they are put in prison because no-one likes a peaodophile in there so I say give them a lifetime of beatings and hell, just like they gave those children and their families.

Death. straight death. so many are gettin out on lesser sentences than the ones they are originally given. It's morbidly wrong. And should be given no mercy.

aww, what a great subject, I feel strongly on this...i think they need to be tortured their life made hell and giving absolutly NO rights, they deserve NONE. I hate that they can get away with what they have done, they do 5 years cause half the years are suspended, then roam the streets to do it again. The man who molested me and about 7 or 8 other girls now lives a block from my best friend...and i practly live over there! Its not fair to me nor her, beause she was a victim also. things make me so mad!

This doesn't describe the justice applied to sexual predators convicted of victimizing children in California or Arizona. In both these states they usually receive the death penalty or the harshest sentence the law allows.

I'm usually in favor of capital punishment, but I'd rather see these criminals receive sentences that would place them in with the general prison population rather than isolate them on death row.

and yet some of them walk away with no punishment whatsoever because they have money. ie: michael jackson. now dont get me wrong here, i dont question his ability to sing or be a performer, but just because he can do those things doesnt mean he cant be a pedophile as well. i think that is the majority of why he walked away free and clear.

i also was abused. yes, life. i agree. but castration too. with no pain medicine or anasthesia. with a dull razor....
okay... maybe a little overdone. but i'm a mother now, and no type of punishment would be enough to counter my child being abused, or killed.

I agree with the last 2 posts...first castrate them, then kill em!

They get a chance for bail because the money goes to the government. :O That's all the government cares about. There's so much more fraud then there ever was and NO ONE does anything about it. Because once again, that money goes to the government.

Castrate him and do as he did to the children for life. The punishment should truly fit this crime...

Point: Life in prison, being castrated, being raped several times a day. That's torture! So that punishment fits their crime. So yes, life.

Just give them jobs in child care - that's what usually happens, isn't it?
