I would just like to hear what people think about this!

do you think terrorists should have the right to fair trial if captured in australia?

Terrorists sould have no rights regardless of where they are.

They need to be publicly crucified on national television.

"Oh, I've been caught red-handed making a bomb, do I deserve a fair trial? Is this before or after I blow 150 people up?"

No I don't think they should. If they're "brave" enough to go and blow up some innocent people, they're brave enough to be thrown straight into prison where they belong, or even better the electric chair.

terrorists are set out to prove that what they consider justice is right. they believe that us as western people, are unfair and bad people. If we play fair, and do it right, as we would any other killer. australia is a country that highly believes in the right to free speech, the right to vote the right to fair trial and the right to freedom and movement. the only difference between a murder and a terrorist is that a terrorist kills in the name of a cause.

If we play unfair, they win. in trying to destroy the instutution. They win and we cant let that happen because then we prove what they're saying is right. we should stick by out government and law to be equal and fair.

no, i dont think they do. they already committed the crime. they killed hundreds, therefore they dont fall under the catagory of "innocent until proven guilty" unless there was some question of if they actually did it? then i feel they would be entitled to a fair trial. but if they were caught red handed---hell f*ck no.

But people in being unfiar, they prove themselves right! they're out to proove that the way we do things isn't right. we base our country on the right to free speech and fair trial, and thats everyone! they have done the crime yes, so let them pay but let us be fair and do it the right way.
