Sleep talking

Have any of you ever sleep talked before? my dad told me i was the other night and i kept saying Kyle (my friend who i used to like) over and over again. Is there anything you can do to stop it? I'm kind of scared now because what if my dad hears something I dont want him to ??

I kinda sleep talk, yeah im also scared of that and I have no idea whatsoever how to stop it!

I don't sleep talk, but my sister does. This is her one night.

lol lots of people sleep talk and just never know it until someone else tells them what they were talking about. my mom use to think that i was sneaking people in my room at night because she would hear me laughing and shed go into my room and id be sound asleep. i talk in my sleep sometimes, alot of it is more of a mumble lol but i know what you mean about hoping you dont say something bad in your sleep cause uh... i have before hehe and my mom heard it and wasnt too happy happy with me..but you know dreams are dreams and cant really be controlled.

My cousins do, my aunt would ask them questions in their sleep and they would answer, in the mornings they would be in trouble and be like "How do you know that!" i find it funny. my friends tell me i talk in my sleep...one time i said hat lol i just say words i guess...i got made fun of but i laughed at myself.

I have spelt talked once , lol i caught myslef saying something like " no thats Megs " ahah then this other time My sister who is 11 said " No silly give me back my socks " it was funny .
but nah i do not think you could stop it if you tried .

Haha I talk in my sleep... When my oldest niece was a lot younger, she'd say "I'm hungry" "No, I don't want to eat that, I don't like cheese" and then her hand would go up in the air and back to her mouth like she was picking grapes.

my friend watched Big Fat Liar and then she fell aslepp and went "anerererer" like the sound of starting a car..remember that part?lol funny stuff...

And it's called talking in your sleep.

One time i was in my room and my sister was sitting up having a conversation with nobody. I was kinda freaked. There was this other time i had a dream i was in school and my teacher asked two plus two and i raised my hand, i woke up and my hand was in the air. And this other time where i was dreaming there was this ice cream in this speech bubble thing and i was trying to grab it and i woke up and i was clapping my hands above me. One time i woke up and i was laughing histarically and i couldnt stop but i dont know why. I've done this b4 but with screaming and crying. (im almost done telling my sleep stories) there was another time i woke up and i was standing in a corner. I wuz tierd, confuzed, and scared. My nextdoor neighbor sleep talks in spanish. She goes into emptirooms and talks like someone is there, its scary. lol im weird and so is my neighbor

Oh yeah and every time I fall off the bed i open my eyes right b4 i hit the ground lol i have just enough time to put my hands out
