Circumsision..

I FEEL SO DAMN VIOLATED RIGHT NOW...
I got circumcised as a baby, and now i feel like shit. I mean..wtf.
WTF.
It doesnt feel right being like this...if anyone has any oppinions bout circumcision post here..cuz right now I feel like shit. :'(

yeah...It just feels unnatural that a person undergoes this without actually having any controll over it..I feel like screaming at my parents right now.

Its sick they do this to kids...damn once I saw what the hell they actually DO..its disgusting. They STRAP THE KID ONTO THE TABLE and then they just rip the foreskin off...It shouldn't even be allowed. Its pure BS if you ask me...

Yes, circumcision is so much more sanitary and holds a lot of benefits such as:

Infant circumcision gives almost 100% protection from getting cancer of the penis later in life, and young adult circumcision also gives a large degree of protection.

Cancer of the cervix in women is due to the Human Papilloma Virus. It thrives under and on the foreskin from where it can be transmitted during intercourse. An article in the British Medical Journal in April 2002 suggested that at least 20% of cancer of the cervix would be avoided if all men were circumcised. Surely that alone makes it worth doing?

Balanitis is an unpleasant, often recurring, inflammation of the glans. It is quite common and can be prevented by circumcision.

Urinary tract infections sometimes occur in babies and can be quite serious. Circumcision in infancy makes it 10 times less likely.

Many older men, who have bladder or prostate gland problems, also develop difficulties with their foreskins due to their surgeon's handling, cleaning, and using instruments

The foreskin of uncircumcised boys can become accidentally entrapped in zippers, resulting in pain, trauma, swelling and scarring of this appendage. OUCH!!!

Another condition, Frenular chordee, results from an unusually thick and often tight frenulum and prevents the foreskin from fully retracting (this happens in a quarter of uncircumsized males). The frenulum then tears during intercourse or masturbation. Since scar tissue is generally more fragile and less elastic than normal tissue, the tear often reoccurs causing pain, bleeding and the inabilitiy to have sexual relations.

So it looks to me that your parents were just trying to help you out...not deprive you. So don't yell at them too much.

I don't see what the big deal is. My parents had my ears pierced for me when I was toddler. At least I don't have to get it done now, when the memory will stick in my mind and scar me for life. (Ok, not quite the same as a circumsision but, you know what I mean.)

Besides, what's the difference anyway? I had a BF once and he said he was happy he got one, because it made his future safer...and made him look "bigger" apparently...I was 14, I didn't see it, so i have no idea if it actually did.
