I've been thinking lately, and i know what you're thinking, youre thinking, TAKE COVER SHES THINKING AGAIN! lol but seriously i have...

ive been thinking about religion; and the more i think the less it makes sense...

dont get me wrong i believe in God and Jesus but all this religion is carp, isnt it the exact thing Jesus DIDNT WANT?

and we have so many, and im not dissing anyone religion, but seriously, im starting to wonder how any of us can be sure, they are all so different, who is right?

also all the rules, if you are a certain religion you have certain rules, that make you "closer to God" where in the bible, or anyother holy book does it say ALL of these rules, at one point isnt it true that the catholics couldnt drink coffee? and you are supposed to listen to good music

also fights get started over religion, who's is better wars get started over it for goodness sake! and we try to "convert" people but it doesent make sense to me ..

I just think has turned out to be everything it shouldnt, and i see people got to a service then come out and talk carp behind some ones back, like it didnt do them a bit of good, maybe its my messed up mind thinking religion is messed but dont you think it is?

there are just so many things and i find it hard to believe anymore, is ir religion that is currupt? or just my mind?

    open for talk and opinions

    PLEASE OPINIONATE!

I believe it is the Mormons that are not supposed to drink coffee
I can see your point but at least you know the difference between spirituality and religion.
Religion is a path not a destination

Hey, I'm not dissing religion's individuality, but I think they all kinda boil down to the same main point: Be nice to your fellow mankind (you know, karma and rewards and what goes around comes around and all that good stuff).

I'm a Christian, And I Just Want To Say That Not All Religons Are Like "Christianity" You Will Find Yourself Confused If You Try To Compare, I Understand Your Doubts On This Particular Religon For The Simple Fact That People Constantly Try To Debate The Word (God's Word Aka The Bible)....As Far As The Church Being Corrupt, I Agree....Not All Churches Are Good, Some Are Very Messy And I'm Not Saying That Makes It Right, But Don't Judge All Churches By The Things You've Seen From a Couple, I'm Sorry Your Doubting Your Religon Right Now Hun, I Hope You Find Out What You Want To Believe In And What You Don't, And Become Content With Your Decision *I'll Keep You In My Prayers* xoxo-Nikki-xoxo

adding... going to war over religion, something that tells you to respect yourself, others, and (insert whatever power you believe created us here), is a complete catch-22

I don't agree with everything that my Catholic Church says is the only right way to live. But I still consider myself a Catholic. Is that weird/unorthodox?

I've read the comments and opinions and this post is to nikki's comment...

nikki, im not doubting my spirtuallity as you think i am, no, i am doubting religion, i am just saying in this world today there are so many of them what do you believe? also i DO still believe in God and Jesus.

Isnt it true that Jesus didnt want religion? if so why are there so many that claim to follow him? If you want to call it "doubting my religion" do so because in a sense that is what it is, i guess maybe i am doubting not just mine but also all of them.

I may be doubting my religion but my spirtuallity is something i still have. To me religion is currupt nowadays, so many things to go by and confusing things to try to believe. I believe in my God and my father, and his son saved me, and i dont think he is going to judge me on the music i listened to down here, the language i used, the mistakes i made, the fights i was in, or wether or not i drank coffee...

So i guess doubting my religion yes, but my spirtuallity no, i am sure about what i believe.
