    I Think The Most Common Diet Fad That I Enjoy The Most Is "The South Beach Diet" I Liked Their View points On Not Eliminating Carbs Completly... But Eating The Right Ones

    Exercise is helluv important. But, you cant just exercise and then eat at McDonalds or FattyFood co. You have to do both...

    True, Exercise And Healthy Eating, Is Both Very Important, But What I Have Found Is That You Can Eat Unhealthy Foods And Exercise, And Still Loose Weight...Because Your Burning The Carbs, Calories, And All The Fat Off Of What You've Just Ate (But Thats Mostly For People Who Can't Help The Urge To Eat Junk)...Personaly I Like Food Thats Considered "Dietary".....Taste About The Same To Me lol

    I think I'm fat. But all of my friend *and boyfriend* say I'm not. And no really I'm not, next to some people but in my state of mind I'm not happy with what I look like. I think I could loose a few pounds but according to my friends the way I like to diet isn't healthy. *Taylor shakes head* Yeah I guess not but I've tried everything else with no success. Like your supposed to eat healthy and exersize but I can't do the exersize because of my ashma. Its hard.

    For anyone who is tofu intolerant or just can’t take soy products, vegetables or protein powder, I recommend the Chili Dog Diet. I admit I was skeptical at first but when I read the book, I was totally inspired. I found this to be the one diet with which you can’t lose. ;)

    Go vegatarian! Not just trying to preach my cause, but I swear it's SO much healthier. After I stopped eating meat I lost weight, and my overall mood was better! Plus joining a sport helps, I joined Cross Country.
    So anyway going vegatarian sounds hard-but it really isnt!

    ..instead of a diet, maybe you should try eating 3-4 balanced meals and exercise.... i really don't believe in diets, but hey, that's only my opinion...

    I'm not saying "GO VEGETARIAN" But I don't eat any meat besides birds. Idk its not cuz "I don't want to kill animals." Its just cuz I think everything else tastes nasty.

    If I Ate Everything The Food Guide Pyramid Told Me I Should In One Day...I Would Be Fat! I Don't Agree 100% With The Food Guide Pyramid, I Know That The Daily Servings They've Listed Keeps Us Healthy, But Theres Not Enough Time In The Day To Eat All Of That xoxo-Nikki-xoxo

    Our school get to go to a gym once every week. But since the incident that happen two weeks ago, we're not allow to go back for another two weeks...so I'm not getting much excercise.

    Just when I start to like taking gym....something happens to prevent that.

    Argh!

    I have no diet tips....none whatsoever. =(

    my diet tip: eat whatever you want, (since you will anyway) and run everyday. never miss a single day.
