I remember that day
That you and I met
My life had changed
And I just can`t forget

The look in your eyes
The smile you gave me
I looked to my feet
As shy as can be

I knew right then
We would be together
That you were the one
I would love forever

I remember that day
That you had asked me out
I replied with a yes
Without having a doubt

So excited that day
Couldn`t sleep that night
Thinking of you
And how ``we``felt right

Our hands held together
We sat, palm in palm
Hoping it lasts forever

Our first kiss we shared
And every kiss after

I love my memories of you
I treasure every last one
I hope they last forever

In this cruel world,

when you are beside me,
the mountains fall down,
the mountains of fear and despair,
the mountains that grew in the town,
they crash to the ground with a bang,
and i stand at the bottom in my gown,
while the mountains all fall down.

and as the pitiful mountains fall down,
and as they disappear from my life,
in side me you cultivate a garden,
nothing can destroy, no sword, no knife,
i am so happy knowing,
no-one else is destined to be you wife,
you are mine and mine only.

the garden grew and still does,
feeding on you everlasting love,
are u a player i ask my self,
or are you simply sent from above?
i think I'll go with the latter,
our love shall soar like a dove,
because my souls other half i have found!

No Words

Mostly, it is hidden,
A time to live, not die,
When life seems stitched together,
And no one hears a cry.

So once in an eternity,
The final whisper dawns,
Opening all eyes,
Silencing all yawns.

The times of joy and laughter,
Of hope and lasting glee,
The times when were alone,
With only you and me.

Although there are no words,
Just infinities of rapture,
In attempt, they call it love,
But it truly runs from capture.

So what is there to say?
Not just a simple kiss,
Limitless amazement,
Pure yet awful bliss.

Years can fly by quickly,
Taking back tomorrow,
Engulfing all with snow,
Diminishing the sorrow.

There's no way to describe it,
To be honest, what is there?
You cannot call it love,
Just letters, plain and bare.

It's more than simple summaries,
A time of pure emotion,
Larger than the biggest sea,
And deeper than the ocean.

So all I have to say is,
To sum up passing time,
What covers all depression,
Is purely all divine.

It lets in all it wants,
Yet only in paired members,
So when you took my hand that day,
That is all I can remember.

the arch in your back gives way to exaggerated gasps, i wonder, how long has this actually lasted? suspended in the clearest moments of magic, you slow your breathing to the subtle rhythmic pattern i can always follow; they work to make me shatter. break me down into mere nerves, just feeling and emotion, this elementary form is ours to hold. the warmth of our breath, coalesced, sustains infinity. o, my love, how long it's been since ive tasted divinity, or any of your supple intricacies. i've been longing for those luscious lips, but settle for swimming in thoughts such as these. even with your back turned, i can still feel the warmth of your smile, rejuvenating life in all that it touches. it makes the sun seem as a mere speck of light, compared to those lips so full and bright. your curviture; akin to the most graceful sculpting of marble, yet untempered and delicate; one touch could send shudders reverberating throughout. and the one thing i still hold most dearly, that which i miss the most: your mind. quick to snap, yet just as quick to console. always ready to challenge me where no one has, but still providing the support i've never had. your words, smooth as the breeze through the trees, always had a stirring on my soul. in a hundred million years i couldn't begin to act as if i dont care. but as i sit, fingers running thru each and every silky strand of your hair, hands running over every curve with the faintest of touches, going in circles, tracing infinity; i sit alone, reminiscing of all the life you've given me, cherishing all that you've chosen to share with me. i sit here caressing the part of yourself that you left with me, the part of myself you chose to neglect. absent of both regret and shame, i sit here, struggling to hold on..

my poem is called "True Lies"

Everyday, I lie to myself,
each day gets easier to believe,
I lie so much, my lies seem to be true
One day, how youll be with me.

My memories seem to be fading away,
With each painful, long, everlasting day.
I tried my very best to forget you were gone
But what I forgot didnt stay forgotten for long.

For the first time in a long time
Those long forgotten tears were awaken
Reminding me of the memories
Long lost feelings had been mistaken

When you first broke my heart to pieces,
I had to find a way to mend.
I took my thoughts, and lied to myself
Soon I was living a world of pretend.

Everything was perfect I thought,
I pretended my heart my still one
But when I saw you, the lies I made myself believe
Unraveled and came undone.

I cant believe I tricked myself
To believing you did nothing at all
When in reality, you shattered my world
Built me up, just to let me fall.

Seeing you again since the pain I still remember
Made me realize, my heart is breaking for you,
Open up your blinded eyes
See how my crying for you is true.

These raw emotions, resurfaced once more,
Reminding me of terrible, horrible pain
What I lost was your love, but still i love you deeply
My loss was actually my gain.

You made me realize, that my love was real
That I loved you with all I had in me,
And that nothing can take those memories away
Even lies I made up,
To forget memories of what we used to be.

Ill just keep waiting for you to come back
And one day I finally wont be sad,
Its just so hard to forget those memories
And the truth of love we actually had.

Gold and silver light these walls,

Casting the spell upon your gazing eyes,
As our fingers twirl like thread.
My movement plays in disguise,
As my silent plague is spread.

The chemical cover to disaster,
This movie in black, white and red.
Pictures framed on the plaster,
Of the memory they dread.

Webs of silver and of gold,
Entice the hearts of men.
As I turn their bodies cold,
With my fingers one to ten.

I am inside you, haunting your peace;
As the jukebox plays the memories you dread.
I plague you while you fall to sleep,
When your body turns cold and dead.

My heart aches day and night,
Just to be next to you.
I long to talk to you
I dream of your touch.

Silence, Please, Just Listen

I love you.
Each tear that falls is filled with those words,
Extending my agony to the depths of the earth.
I have sorrow for every surface my pain reaches,
Through the touch of my hand,
The vibrance of my voice.

I need you.
Each beat my heart makes echoes with those words,
Sending my head ringing with a force unparalleled.
This ache felt throughout my body, my soul
Keeps me from moving forward,
From moving on.

My Promise to You

The sun starts to rise,
For morning is due.
I open my eyes,
To my dream come true.
Beside me you lie,
Peaceful and sleeping.
This god given sight,
The angel I'm keeping.
There's something I feel,
In the pit of my heart.
This is finally real,
We're no longer apart.
Silence so tranquil,
What beautiful time.
For you I am thankful,

halo of black roses

Blackened petals descend
From somewhere up above
You see this is the end
Of all her desired love

As roses form upon her pillows
She rests in a quiet slumber
He ran a path straight to the gallows
And now her love stays lost forever

Hands slipped into white silk gloves
Beside her they lay, motionless
Peaceful as the ascend of a doves
Eyes closed, showing signs of calmness

She is unafraid of her fates
For she knows what is to come
And for this time she awaits
As others wonder oh so cumbersome

She takes her last breathe
As the poison kicks in abruptly
A quiet, peacefull death
Her broken soul rises coolly

Black roses, her flower of choice
To place around her angelic head
Content, for once she had a choice
To take her life in her own bed
