What do you feel about Nostradamus' prophecies?

I've recently done some research on Nostradamus, and it is amazing with the stuff he has said and what has come true. Like with everything with Sept 11, John Kennedy Jr, Henry II....like everything he has ever written has come true. And, there is something about America being weakened, and a plague, and the end of the world....and it is hard to really understand until it has happened. My sister and I have been trying to figure it out, and we have estimated it happening between next year, and 2027. Not sure though. What do you guys feel about Nostradamus. It is really freaky how all his stuff has happened, almost exactly. Give your imput.

but nostradamus predicted that it would be 1999?
Not very good for one's credibility to be caught making shit up. better to be vague.
scientists are now saying that in 100 years, we'll get another ice age. but I don't know if the earth believes in global warming. lol.

It would be great if we could save our children from a million vague problems in the not-too-distant future. but I really think the way to a better future, is to live better now.

The Native Americans say something along the lines of - if we take care of our children's children then we take care of now...
Nostradamus, made up name isn't it? lol... I reckon that if anyone makes up a predicition and gets it right enough for his/her contempories... then enough people give those other predicitions focus of attention... we create the world we live in by thought...

Isn't the world supposed to have ended?

I believe in prophets...but I dont believe in predicting the future, I believe there is one person living upstairs and only He who knows what we will do before we even do it...

I think Nostradamus was a brilliant character with amazing stories and abilities that were questionable and fairly general rather than specific when reading his original documentation of his visions...hes very interesting though i enjoyed learning about him alot

actually.. .... the world (according to many prophets as well as many ancient civilizations) is going to end soon. and one (whom lived hundreds of years before he was even born) said specifically that the world would end under our now current popes reign.

the topic of the end of the world I hold very dearly and am truly frightened of. Many do not believe me, but I feel it true that the end is near, and in my lifetime.

but since I dont have the time, nor the mental capacity to debate or really go into any serious discussion at the moment, ill leave it at that.......
