Mercy killings

Do you people believe that helping a person to commit suicide should be classified as murder, manslaughter or mercy killings.
I believe it's mercy killing but want other peoples opinion on the matter.

I think helping someone commit sucide would be classified as murder. why, it just appears thay way to me, can't really explain it.

mercy as long as they wished it and were suffering cz then your helpin them end the pain.

You're not doing the killing, but you're taking part of it.

I mean, if you drown someone, and they let you, who's the murderer there?

I think it really depends on the case, but I'd be more leaning towards mercy killing. Though religiously and wide perspectively it would be murder, and something terribly wrong.

Are you talking about Euthanasia or just suicide?

why? because you're helping someone murder themselves. or it could be murder. one of the two.

i belive that if the other person is slowly dying of cancer and they are going to die anyway and you help them out then its a mercy killing.. however I think that if your friend is depressed and you help them kill themselves then I belive that its a hand in suicide. and murder is when you kill the other person.. and they don't want to go.. (thats what I think at least)
