For anybody that does not know a lucid dream is when you are aware of the fact that you are dreaming while still having the dream. However, just because you are having a lucid dream does not mean you are able to control it, yet sometimes you can. I have lucid dreams all the time and when i become aware i am having one I am able to ocntrol myself and so as I please. Apparently this is a hard thing to accomplish however I have been able to do it for as long as I can remember. Just wondering If any of you expierence the same sort fo thing and whether you are able to control your dreams. I find it facinating. |

I did that once. It was reaaaaally annoying though. I fell asleep and in that dream, I KNEW that I was dreaming and i was SOOOO BORED...that i just sat down and told myself to wake up but I couldn't. So I basically waited every hour that i was asleep in that dream. It was the most boring 8+ hours of my life. Gahh. i didn't find it at all fascinating, rather aggravating. |

I have difficulty controlling lucid dreams. I find it that I'm in between dreaming, and lucid dreaming. I know I'm in a dream, but bad things are happening around me. I have no way to control it. But usually when I have difficulty controling my lucid dream, I am able to wake up any second I want. |

I only catch my dreams when they arn't realistic. Most of my dreams are boringly realistic. But every once in a while I have a really wierd one (i.e. Hugh Laurie is giving me an imp with antlers for a birthday presant) And those I know are dreams and I can always control those. And my friend is the exact oppisite, she can only recognize the normal ones. |
