My friend's mom told me (heh I know that sounds funny) but she used to lie on the floor on her stomach and put a pillow just under her tummy. She said it helped. |

I have a story… It was during the school year, and was off to track practice. I had only put so many pads in my backpack, and I had used them all, so I’d be stuck with the same one from lunch (around noon) until I got home (so I walk, and that’d make it around 5:30 when I got home). It was one of our many, many, many two-hour practices, and of coarse after a while I really need a new pad… I don’t have one, so I just adjust the one I have the best I can so my underwear won’t be ruined and I’ll be comfortable. It was a pad with wings, and the wing wasn’t sticking anymore!! The coach was getting fed up with me whining, and that wing was rubbing off my skin so it hurt to move my leg. The coach I’m talking about was indeed a girl coach, and she was NOT sympathetic at all, so after requesting a few bathroom breaks I decided not to bother her… I think at one point I did attempt to rip off the wing, I believe that just made it worse. |

~ I always take Tylenol, if I absolutely have to, but usually if I go outside and walk around a while, presto!!! no more cramps!! I know that it's a little painful to walk around at first but after just a minute, I'm good as new. It's kinda like when your sore from working out, the only way to help it is to keep working out. Trust me, it works!! |

I take Advil Liquid Gels. They get in your system fast, and work great. But everyones bodies are different to certain medication, you just have to find the right one. |
