Excersize regimes

    Do something you enjoy, simple as that.

    If you do not enjoy an activity you will not be keen to keep it up.

    sports, jogging, weights, aerobics, you name it. Find something you enjoy and then do it in moderation.

    Walking is the best excercise that you can do.. at least that's what I've heard from practically every medical show, every doctor and person who has lost weight. Even if it's not for weight loss, it's a great thing to do not only physically but personally and emotionally because it's alone time and gets you thinking about stuff you might never have thought of before.

    If you possibly can...any type of dancing is extremely benficial. I myself do flamenco and irish dancing, and I have maintained a reasonably healthy lifestyle, despite my bad diet, due to that.
    Irish Dancing is the best for staying fit and in shape.

    Martial arts does wonders, too. It enforces discipline. :-)

    Have fun asking the guys who write poetry, they tend to be less superficial, and care less about appearances, than the average 'teen'. Of course, this is just an assumption.

    I like really admire good tone on a woman.

    I'm not really into visible muscles on them.

    I find swimming is great.... Like walking, it gives you time alone to think, but also uses nearly all your muscles (apparently) and is a good workout... But whatever it is you do, it HAS to be something you enjoy or you wont get much out of it.

    do somethin you enjoy (riding a bike.. skipping rope...ect.) if you enjoy it you will do it more.. also dnt get lifts in cars or busses.. WALK :)

    ^^I did one class of aerobox. It was quite nice, but I only did the one. Now I do enough punching as it is :-)
    I think lifting weights is great, I'm going to start in less than a month. My sister and my dad lift weights..so we'll be able to go to the gym together.
