xDarkSuicidex--Leaving The Site

I know this is not the correct place to put this, but everyone that knows me is on this board... For, I am always on this board.

I am leaving this site in a few days,for good... Most likely, that is. Unless people can convince me to stay.
You see, I have been very badly downrated and it really, really bothers me. Writing is my life and thinking that people hate the way I write gets to me. I went from a 4.7 to a 4.5 (my average) in two days because of these downraters.... And, it kills me.
So, if you care that I stay, then do tell me. Otherwise, I am leaving for good.

wow..that sucks...but why are you letting them get to you. You're a wonderful wriiter, and you know it. Trust me, 4.5 isnt that bad..some people have like 4.9 and they go down to 4.3...thats bad, but 4.5 is still in the game...plus, all your poems have aq very descent rating..like 4.4 - 5.0, so you have something to be proud of. You've gotten all the award things and youre on so many of our favourites lists...it just doesnt seem fair that you go, You're such a great contribution to this site. And for all those downvoters....just cause your poems suck, doesnt mean you have to under rate awesome poet's poems.

I know I should not let it get to me, but that is just who I am. It bothers me that someone could be so heartless as well, not taking into consideration of someone's feelings. You know what I mean?

Not only do You have some excellent poems, You also hold some great contests :].. I agree with TPAU* on everything that was said.. It's not nice to have your poems downvoted, but don't let this be a reason to leave the site. :] xx

I think you should stay. I love your poems and they are great no matter what anyone says. Don't let the voting get to you, not everyone is going to appriecate great poems like yours. I truly will miss you if you leave! So don't lol again i love your poems you are one of my favorites to read.

Aww no please stay. You write wonderfully. I've commented on many of your poems, and they were wonderful! I loved them! And you've given me advice on how to write better, and to let emotions out. You're a great person, and I think we need a couple of those here. =) xoxo

fisrt of all, as you know I'm a big fan of your poetry, and I think you are greater than some votes. I know how you feel as myself was under attack all week and recently i can not post anymore poem as i know the rating of 3.8, i know it is not my poems cause all of them get that, so i dont think all of them all that bad...so it tells me there is someone who care who I am that s why they take there time to downvote me, so im happy making someone jeoules....
you should see the positive way to as u told me you were downvoted I went and rate/comment of 12 of your poems, it mean I care about your poetry and as I know many of us do, so just because of someone sick dont leave us,
your poems are much bigger than some votes by those downvoters

Awh.. Don't worry.. I went from 4.7 to 4.4.. And you know they are only doing it because they are jealous right? And if it really does bother you that much then start a new account and then no one will know who you are! Don't quit, we'd all miss you! =]

I went from a 4..9 and now i'm on 4.5, but i would nevr leave unless i wanted to.
Writing is clearly improtant to you, so don't let anyone take that away from you.

Downvoters are stupid idiots... The world won't go under because youre rating went down a little... Think of all those people who have never even seen a computer, those who start working at 7 of age, and those who are happy if their stomachs are full... And that doesn't break them down.

Sheena, what a dedication you've made here, because of downraters, you choose to leave this site? you know, they're just jelous...but don't worry about that, your skil of writing is more important than vote...don't you ever think about it?

I am amazed at the results that I got. I honestly thought with that headline everyone would be like "stop looking for attention" or some bullsh-t like that.
I am really happy to see that I am so loved on this site... I honestly did not think all of you cared that much...
And, Shadowpoet most of all, I know it is a stupid reason to want to leave, but it discourages me and makes me think I am a horrible writer and I hate that. I know I am not -that- bad and the downvoters were really starting to get to me. Ah, I guess all is ok now.
Thank you everyone for your encouraging words... I do believe I will stay, for I did not realize how loved I really was. =] Thank you.

You had better keep your a$$ here. I love your poetry, it inspires me. I strive to be as good as poet as you. But to let 1 or 2 people get at your poems... I think they should start seeing who votes 1 or 3 on rating a lot.. then kick em off the site. Sheena keep your a$$ on the poetic throne of yours.

I havent been here for a while so have not seen this thread unitl now but sheena im so glad that ur not leaving! u r one of the few (6) ppl on my favs, ur a great writer and no way shud u be put off by stupid idiot downvoters, honestly girl ur awesome!!!

I am certainly dumbfounded at all the responses I have and am still getting. I really did not believe I would cause such an uproar...

I want to thank everyone for such kind and encouraging words and thoughts... These kind of comments keep my writing flowing. They also keep me writing as much as I do. I owe the world to you guys.

So, in ecstasy of my staying (I guess you could say), I wrote a new poem. (Mostly beause of how I was feeling today, but let us say it is for this purpose. =])

look when I first started I had a problem with a few members myself, Personaly I would hate to see you leave cuz your one of my fav. I tell everyone the same thing ... look at the comments not the ratings cuz I dont think its fair that poeple thats not even members can rate u but can't leave comments! When it should be the other way around! I think non-members should be able to comment but not vote!
