Well me and my cousin really liked the same guy...so we asked him to choose, and he chose me. She was pissed at both of us (even though we never started going out or anything like that). Now I'm best friends with him and I havn't spoken to her in over a year.

If me and my best friend had a thing for the same guy, we would both swear off him. There's no way I'm throwing away my best friend of 12 years for any male on this planet.

well, theres a guy i like, and my friend comments every once and a while about how nice he is, or hints that she likes him...but she knows i liked him first.... if you guys can agree on a solution, then by all means, figure it out... or you can just give it time- for either of you, it might just be a spontaneous crush. if neither of those work, i think both of you should choose your friendship over a guy.. trust me, you dont want to lose a friendship that way

That happens to me often .
Like last year, there were two situations :

1. This guy D____ right ? Well he liked me, I liked him . We ended up going out . A couple of my friends liked him and I didn`t know, but because of that, they supported me && him . But then he dumped me cush` of a rumor that someone started .

2. Then I went out with his best friend S____ two months later . They ended up breaking apart and it turned out that a whole group of my friends liked S . Which was really bad because they were the extremely jealous type . Due to me dating S, I ended up losing a whole group of friends, and gaining like 20 new enemies that I didn`t even know .

But if he likes you, yur friend shuld be happy for the two of yu . But if he liesk yu 'more,' then fkcu the dude, he ain`t worth it . And honestly, if yu two get into a fight cuhs` of that or w.e, losing a BEST friend over a guy ain`t worth it .

yea, my case is like Jesi's...i liked a guy for like a long time and then so did this other girl...i had someone talk to him for me and the guy ended up getting mad at me (he hasn't talked to me for like a month or so) and he is all over the girl who was talkn to him for me...it sux b/c i really liked him and the girl he "likes" still has a boyfriend and everything!!

i've done this many times..i like him first but he likes her and she likes the attention she gets from him...wiht one friend it got so bad that i just can't be around her now,but if you can aviod liking the same guy try really hard to,cause it hurts when you lose you best friend

it happened to me once. my friend dated this guy and then he dumped her, and then he asked me out 2 weeks after they stopped dating. i felt kind of heartless about it, but my friend didn't feel any remorse toward me.

I agree with a lot of the posts above, a guy isn't worth losing a friend; especially your best friend.

When it happens with me and my friends we both just forget about the guy, or one of us will tell the other to go for it. But even when that happens we both still won't date him.

Me and my best friend both liked my boy, but she could just tell I liked him more, and so when he liked me she wasn't mad or anything.

I've always let my friend have the guys she liked. And I gave her my friend who was like a brother *that I happened to like at that time* to him. Now she's not happy with him because hes always busy and crap like that. She liked this guy I liked and I told her that to just leave the guy situation alone and that she had her own boyfriend. Ended up the guy liked me alot better and yeah, I bi*ched her out so bad that I hated how she kept jumping to other guys all the time and she just needed to handle being alone sometimes.

My boyfriend and me dont get to see eachother like Betty and Greg do. Me and Chris live in different towns. I also yelled at her that if she wanted to go out with Chris which will never happen that she wont even be able to talk to him because she has no phone or way to go see him or anything like that.

I'm not making any sense right now so yeah. I'm hyper :D.! Well Kinda.
