More Titles! :)

CLOSED! WINNERS AT BOTTOM!!!

I know there are a lot of titled contests but this one is a little different. I'll give you 5 titles to work from and then 3 ppl can reserve under each title. And it's only one poem per poet. There are only a few rules, so have fun! :)

They can be old or new...and I'll put a deadline on here as soon as I get a better idea of how many are gonna enter. Oh and it doesn't have to have the title in the poem...as long as it works with the title (that way even old poems can qualify).

Shattered Memories

Leaving my heart torn and tattered
Bruises covering this soul; shattered
Reasons given are mixed and confused
Feel so lonely, lost, and abused
False hope spoken had shed dim light
Now forgotten, covered by night
Fear was hidden in good dreams
Love was never what it seemed
I thought pretend was real and true
My mind blinded lies you threw
Photos ripped upon the floor
Just like promises held before
Before the lies, deceit, and pain
Wait! This was all part of the game.
The smiles and times we shared
Were never real, you never cared
So I can't even have memories of you
Now how can I pull myself through?
Why'd you do this, leave me here
Soon I'll drown among my tears
I can't pickup nor can I move on
Nothing's left to make me strong
Stuck in the past that shouldn't be
Where you took the life from me.

Silent Agony:
My Bleeding Secrets

Cutting all of these emotions out
trying to find what its all about
lost without hope of finding a way
i dont wanna go but i simply cant stay
the world is just pointless and life really bites
if you dont like blood then turn out the lights
anger and sadness has built up inside
nothing can make this pain subside
ungulfed in your fury, i drown in my guilt
nothing can pass the wall my heart built
friendless and lonely im falling apart
silently dying in a dark broken heart
look what you've done to me, look what you've made
you grinned in triumph as my innocence decayed
stripped me of all i was worth and more
gathered my morals which you threw to the floor
took what you wanted and left me with nothing
only to ponder if im worth something
while searching for truth in all of your lies
i find nothing but hate in your hazel eyes
why do you loathe me, what have i done?
the war between souls has now begun
you rape for fun and fight with rage
im trapped with you inside this cage
so take my all, leave me to die

Hiding behind fortune,
And Fame,
Shes literally a doll,
And Barbie is her name,

Slipping into her masquerade,
Like most stars do,
Leaving out her secrets,

Yesterday's Sorrow

There's so many days
That seem messed up; distorted
Here you are again, caught in an awkward moment

You just got pregnant, you don't know the daddy
Your best friend just killed himself; he went rock-a-bye baby

Silent Agony

Silent nights her love's embrace
Rationed tears stream down her face
The smile conceals what inside lies
Spent youth, the lost love's sacrifice

The pain she owns is deep within
Tempered now the deafening din
Broken though her heart may be
It keeps inside her misery

The dawn soon spells her soul's lament
Replaced her cloak of false content
She wears it well for all to see
As she dwells in silent agony

Ok Umm, Bryan - the due date will prolly be January 10th unless everyone gets their poems done before that. And I'll judge it by the 13th. So for you Baby Blue ...you can still enter. I won't take you off yet.
And e LIZ a beth, There will only be 3 winners overall. You just have 5 titles to work with.
And then someone else told me they were a little confused about the actual instructions :) and basically there are 5 titles that you can reserve and then 3 ppl can each take one spot under each title. Hope that helps.

But we do have one small problem...I got behind on adding the reserves and two extra ppl reserved Porcelein Tears. But because that's my fault I'm just gonna add two more spots to it so that they can do it too. But I'll try to stay more on top of that. Sry for the mix-up.

Ok well, keep it up...they're all great! :)

Sapphire tears sparkle on her ashen face in the pale moonlight,
An endless flow of torment that occurs seemingly each night
For what wretched causes only her jaded heartbeat can know…
How many demons she had to bear only her scars can show…
As the wind blows cold whispers of solitude she falls asleep,
Her frozen tears stand still ‘neath shadows of a willow’s weep.
A strange scarlet light shines in the forest, within silence’s keep,
Slowly embracing the lonesome girl - its clutch leaves marks so bright –
Her skin now gracefully mutilated by Cupid’s love bow
Bleeds room for hope and care - peacefulness is settled in her deep.

These Porcelain Tears
Bryan

The sun sets on her Porcelain Face,
tears rolls down her cheeks in such disgrace.
For a love that was forgotten, no one really cares,
the pain she shows, is too much for her to bare.
Writing her final note, no one around to see,
what shes been through, how hard life can be.
So she sits on her bed, with a pen and some paper,
waiting on her Prince Charming to come and save her.
She writes down her feelings, each and every day,
hoping her true love will come and take her pain away.
Wait as she might, her Prince Charming never shows,
writing down her feelings, but the torture never goes.
So she swallows the pills, lays the bottle by the bed,
and finishes writing her note, this is what it said.
"If my Prince Charming finds this, don't have any fear,
I will die here now with these Porcelain Tears."

Silent Agony;
Condescending;Heart.

Shes hurting badly this time,
No one around will know,
cause she hides herself quite nicely,
since she broke some time ago.

She doesn't have a reason,
to lock herself away,
Except she has lost her pride,
And became afraid to live today.

It wasn't what he did,
Or what they seemed to have said,
But more a long the lines,
that her heart was cold and dead.

She didn't really care,
that he had caused her so much pain,
just the fact that he had left,
and she'd never love again.

So she cried to herself alone,
shutting everyone out,
hiding what had become of her,
hoping to do without.

But when they looked at her,
straight into her eyes,
They could see the truth of everything,
hiding behind her lies.

but her pain was just a secret,
that no one knew about,
a silent agony,
she could have done without.

Tears staining porcelain cheeks
Sleepless nights, with old memories
