Do You Think I'm Weird?

Ok, well I think this is weird but,.... well I'm 12, almost 13, oh and a girl lol, and I play D&D with my brothers, and his friends(about 16-17 yrs. old) And I spend a lot of time with all of them, swamp walking, and practicing for Dagohir, which I'm pretty good at now, and playing outside and stuff like that... but sometimes, I'd rather hang out with them than my friends....is that weird? I'm pretty much a tomboy, and I have my own friends, the guys aren't really my friends but they don't worry about how they look or annoy me because I don't look....good?, like my friends do..... I dunno...do you girls/guys think I'm weird?

Nah, not at all. Trust me, once you get more into the teenage world you're going to want only guy friends. Girls are evil and messy. Lol. You're still young to understand how evil girls can be. I only have ONE best friend that is a girl and I only hang out with her and my boyfriend of 1 year. I rather my boyfriend because when we fight it's nothing and it's over, but when me and my friend fight is a big ordeal and it takes forever to get over. Ah...not hon, I wish my older brother was someone I coudl hang out with. (he's a pothead litterally)) I wish I had an older brother like that. I can't stand girls sometiems! Lol. You're a lucky one to have older brothers like that.

I don't understand this whole animosity towards female friends...maybe friendship nowadays is shitty but things are never like that with my friends. I mean yeah we get in our tiffs but REAL friends don't have a problem working through stuff like that. The day when you put your boyfriend over the girls who have stuck by your side for years is the day when YOU have lost the true meaning of friendship.

But to the actual poster: no you're not weird. Not all girls are preppy, innocent, wanna-play-nice people, we are all different and don't be afraid to be different if that makes yo uhappy. different is not just weird. different is just different.

^^You may not be one of them, but most girls I know who say this are the ones who have problems themselves with creating drama. Why would a girl say "I can't deal with girls" YOU ARE A GIRL! I have a lot of girl friends, but the guy friends I do have I'm really close to.

You're not weird at all. So what if you like hanging out with your brothers and his friends? I personally think that's a good thing! Sometimes you have to escape people, even your friends. I think it's good that you hang out with your bros, that'll bring you closer to them and the rest of your family. You're normal to me!!!

Just because you're in a lot of drama doesn't mean you're always the cause. Perfect example: My friend, we'll call her K, and this other girl, we'll call her A. Well, A had sex with this one guy. The guy just wanted sex from her and that was it. So once he got it he didn't talk to her after that. Later, A found out that (guy is B) B, likes K. Well, A got jelous and pissed so spread a rumor that K gave head to B. But, we don't know if that's true. Mainly because K said she didn't, and A was never told that. And K didn't know that A had sex with him.So A pissed off K and they got into a fight RIGHT THERE by us. So K wasn't the one at fault. All K did was be liked by B, who wasn't even dating A at any point in time. So the thing is stupid right?
Another Example:
My best friend Bre is being threatend by some black girl. Well, yesterday we were doing bleachers in P.E and Bre was way ahead of this black girl. So my other friend Kate((we'll call her)) ran by her and went "Get the Fcuk Away" Because the girl wasn't moving at all and she looked up and saw Bre. So Bre didn't do anything and some girl wants to fight her.
Ok...so just because a lot of drama happends it doesn't mean that you're always the cause of it somehow. Drama happends here like rain, it doesn't care where you are, what you're doing, how you look, it comes down when you least expect it. And sometimes, you get one bad hair day. Lol. So...hon I suggest...stick to guys..but get some friends that are girls. But don't trust everyone. Just be careful. It's a dog eat dog world. Lol. Girls are the biggest cause of drama. True. There's been over 20 girl fights in my school in the past year, maybe about 8 fights that were guys. And they weren't as bad as the guys. In the past week, there has been 3 fights from girls. Ha yeah..it's a jungle here. Lol.

What is the point in trying to be like everyone else? If you are happy having fun then go on ahead. The rest doesnt matter. If you spend your life trying to be like everyone else yu arent going to know who you are. Seriously I LOVE d&d and im the oldest of my siblings (5) 2 of them I have never met. And if I had an older brother that had FRIENDS. lol I would rather hang out with them then my own any day. lol When I was younger, (3 years old till I was about 11) I had a best friend named Andrew. He was practically my brother. I am now obbsessed with ninja turtles, and digimon, and all that crap bc of him. Then I had to move away. Now I dont have that. And I wish I could go back to that. Now im stuck in an all girls school, and homeschooling and cant see boys often kinda deprived. Dont look at it as wierd think of it as lucky.

I've always gotten on with guys better than with gals...less bitchy fights lol
