i was just wondering if anyone collects cool stuff? I started absent-mindedly collecting magnets. lol so far I have..

a john wayne magnet
a popaye (spelled it wrong I do believe)
a coca cola one
pluto the dog
an Oregon State University magnet
and an Animal House magnet wiht john Belushi on it.

I totally collect anything 'Buff the Vampire Slayer' I LOVE THAT SHOW! I also collect stuffed animals- a few hundred. Oh and hats, I love to collect hats.

Scarves. I have a lot. Not 9 or 10 a lot. Like maybe....At the least 23. It started with my first trip to France. I think I was 10 or 11....Naww we'll go with 10....I think...Splah whatever. I saw one I liked and it was in 2 different colors so I got them both. ^_^ From then on I try to get a scarf from each country I go to. I usually bring home several. My bigest is this one from Egypt. It's huge! I could use it as a dress if I wanted to!

I collect coasters and matches from bars, restaurants, and pubs.

I also collect feathers, seashells, sand dollars, and cool rocks.

Hmm...and smallish statues and figurines...Artwork, shot glasses, antiques, candles, chap stick, weapons, posters, animals...And I seem to collect pens and pencils, though it's not intentional.

Oh, and I collect dust. Yes.

Old girlfriends, belts and cardigans, Cd's and films, books, wrist sweat bands, sunglasses, rare occult texts, badges and mugs.

Ahh I thought of another one. I like little figurine dudes. Like knights, and renaissance, medieval, anything related to it. :)

Not anymore. But i used to have a ton of bracelets.

I seem to collect enemies, minions, books, comic books, and DVDs as well.

Ooo I have a lot of jewelry. I supose you could call it a jewelry collection. I just have a lot of it. I love rings and I have so many necklaces. Some of the stuff I have now came out of this old 70's jewelry box that we still have around. So I supose it all started with that box.

^ Hey, me too! I have millions of rings (mostly silver) and necklaces. I like BIG necklaces, heh. And unique rings that look friggin' awesome. I don't have any piercings, like you, so I hoard other jewelry, besides earrings and such. Heh.

I like silver better than gold. ^_^ Whenever people tell me that I have a lot of rings I just tell them that I have a lot of fingers. I like to wear a lot of them. It catches peoples attention if you have 8 rings on your hands. :D

Jennifer, yes it does. You must have misinterpreted. I said that neither of us HAVE piercings, not that either of us do. I tend to wear 8 rings too.

How could I forget! I have a desk full of useless things. Another OCD related thing... :) I always think that they'll be good for an art project one day. Which a lot of them are...Sometimes. :D It started in 8th grade I supose...

The only reason I don't do that is because I feel that if I do people won't go back to see my 2nd response because they won't know it's there. Since they may have already read it and moved on they may never go back to reread what I edited into it. It's just one of my things that bothers me I'm sorry. Hey I dug this out from the way back in the pages so I wouldn't worry about how long it stays up since I dug it out. I do that on some things though but that's only when I want to add more of the story and not an answer. I know some of them I should edit but then I already start doing another one so I end up not doing it. It's a habit. If there was a delete option I would delete a few and add them up.

I collect a lot of things, but one of them is keychains ^_^ I know that a lot of people collect them, but I have quite a few! Some from Niagra falls as well...

I collect "boyds " bears and "willow tree people" When people find out you collect something it becomes a favorite gift to give for birthdays(so I have a lot of them!)

Boooooks. It's one of my life goals to have a private library, and I'm on my way. Pity the poor fellows who had to carry my books into my dorm room today. My "travel" collection adds up to about 90. You never know what you'll need!

I also went through a phase of collecting fabric scraps and pieces of cool paper (I still do this to some extent). I used them to make clothes for my Mookas, the paper creatures I created and played with for years.

I used to collect books but I left them all behind when I took of.

I want a library too. But not a small one...I want a massive one with a high ceiling and sliding stairs :)

Thankfully I'm on my way...My parents happen to love books as well, so we have hundreds of books--many very old. I love old books.

I uesd to collect dozens upon dozens of religious candles, but they became too heavy to lug around, so i lightened my load, and cut it down to like maybe 5 or 10....
