Wisdom teeth?

Has anyone on here gotten their wisdom teeth removed recently? I just did two days ago and it hurts! I am on pain medication, and it helps, but not completly. Anyone have any advice on what to do?

No i need all the wisdom i can get if i am going to get the marks i want for my final exams

but as far as i no it's not unusual to hurt even with meds they have for everyone i no whose had them out. it will pass just give it time

Well wisdom is different from knowledge. Wisdom is comparable to experiance. Knowledge would be much more helpful on an exam.

No, I haven't had my wisdom teeth removed. I am looking forward to it though. Heck yes. But as far as help. One of my friends always recommended taking more pain medication than they told you to. Wise man, wise man. :)

yes true knowledge would be better. except the exam i am referring to is on inner journeys and our experience in life. so i am afriad nothing from a text book is going to help me. they are looking for self reflection and some sort of aquisition of 'wisdom'. so i suppose the teeth are staying put.

I haven't, but a girl at work did just a couple of weeks ago and she said she was out the hole time that they did it, and that the nurse had to wake her up and almost drag her back to the waiting room because the girl was so drugged up that she didn't really know what she was doing!

Then when she got home she laid on the pull out couch and slept there. They gave her pain killers also and her mom would let her take them, but the next day her mom had to go to work and she was stuck there with her dad. So he only let her have like 2 or 3 all day! so she just started taking Motrin.

Then she had to go to a wedding reseption and she wore 3 inch heels! She hadn't been out of bed for like 2 or 3 days so she could barley walk! LOL xD

When I had four teeth removed few months back, the anesthesia or howver you spell it hadn't kicked in and i felt them do EVERYTHiNG . After that it just didn't seem that bad, but you just gotta deaal .
Those pills mess with your liver ... which is why I don't take them o.O

I feel your pain broken reality, but for me i had two teeth pulled a few years back and the anasthesia wore off after the first and that hurt bad

Umm yea it hurts go up... so do shots, pregnancy, birth... and alot more... and life is pain... so you need to get us to it because you are going to get hurt a lot in life...
