    Yeah um...does anyone know if it's illeagal to do tattoos in Oklahoma?? like has anyone ever heard of that?

    It isnt. i was just there in July and my grandmother wanted to take me to get a tattoo, even though im only 16.

    I don't know about over there. but if you are under the age of 18 you need signed permission from a parent stating where the tattoo is the be and what it is to be of.

    I have a tatoo and i am only 16 my aunt did it at my house for free HA my parents were cool about it! ya
