How do you really know that the person you love is really the person you want to spend the rest of your life with? Do you know deep down inside?

When you can sit down together and plan out what you both want the future to be like, when it's what both of you want and not just one, it's the real thing.

I'd have to agree with Dave, I'd say you can be very very positive about the situation but you can't really know if it's forever. People n situations change so it's never going to be effortless.
