Random Lines

I often get just random lines/thoughts of poetry in my head, like just yesterday, i was cleaning out my room and i came up with a line i could use in a poem, and i was just wondering if anyone else often gets this?

I know EXACTLY what you mean.

It just kind of pops up out of nowhere, like when I am getting in the shower or leaving for school.

So I'm not the only one.

I write down all the little lines that pop into my head down in a spiral notebook that I've had since i was 12.

Yer that happens to me too

I do, but it often happens at the worst times,like when i am no-where near a pen and paper, and i often forget them later.... :(

Yeah I know what you mean. I could be walking singing a song and then something hits me and I could be in the middle of the street going to my friend's house
